Based functional requirements,the dissertation had partitioned system modules and analysed module’s requirements.The third part of dissertation had described system architecture design.At first of the third part,the dissertation had listed design objectives and design philosophy. Then the dissertation had described system technology architecture,functional architecture and deployment architecture.The fourth part of dissertation had described system module’s detailed design.The dissertation had described system static structure and system dynamic structure.The most important part is process modeling design,form modeling design and process engine design.At the last,the section described system database structure design.The fifth section had described the system realizing.The most important part in this section is process modeling and form modeling.At last,the dissertation has a summarization that summarized all the system and pointed the shortage in the dissertation.
