The E-government means that the government agencies utilize the network platform of computer in their management and service functions, according to the procedure established, to implement administration frequently and deal with the daily affairs generously on the net, realize the reorganization and optimization of government's institutional framework and workflow, surmount the restriction from time, space and department separated, build up a government operation mode which is simplified, high-efficient, honest and fair, thus improve government's management level, serve the public better.This research attempts analyses the current situation and development strategy of the domestic and international E-government, and application of customer relationship managing in the E-government, and proposes the development strategy of customer's leading type E-government.
