The construction of E-government affairs is the foundation engineering to promote the national informatization, is the main driving force and the important content to deepen the administrative structural reform for the Party and government offices, and the only way to realize management modernization for the Party and government offices.The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) is important institutions that led by the Chinese CPC-led multi-party cooperation and political consultation, the democratic parties and personages without party affiliation is the important part of the CPPCC, CPPCC member perform the function of the body. The construction of E-government affairs of the CPPCC is an important component of the National Information Construction, its fundamental purpose and ultimate goal is to provide first-rate service for the majority of members of the CPPCC, Each political party groups and representatives from all nationalities and all walks of life by the Modern information technology. Customer relationship management is in recent years in the business field is a very popular kind of management methods and management concept, it stressed that "take the customer as the center". By strengthening the relationship between the firm and customer, enterprise in marketing, sales, service and support all aspects of form harmonious relations, and finally the customer resources into the business income. The customer relationship management concepts into political consultative conference e-government construction, take the majority of members of the CPPCC, Each political party groups and representatives from all nationalities and all walks of life as the service object. For better to play the role of the Chinese people's political consultative conference in their work and the consolidation and development of multi-party cooperation and political situation, to further improve the people's political consultative conference, ability and level of participation, bred of the Chinese people's political consultative conference and constantly promote scientific work, have very important senseThis article begins with the electronic government affairs and the related theories, analyzes the customer relationship management of the electronic government affairs, and demonstrates the customer relationship management that is used in the construction system of e-government affairs. It points out that there are still problems like the personalized service consciousness is not enough, the personalized service consciousness is not strong, the system construction is scattered in the construction of the e-government affairs of the CPPCC in Shandong Province. It has the need analysis and introduces the system framework, the functions of each subsystem and performance requirements of the construction of the e-government affairs of the CPPCC in Shandong Province. Finally, from Shandong Province e-government system design and implementation analysis of customer relationship management, use Customer Relationship Management, business process reengineering, and data warehouse and many other modern management and information technology theories.
