With the continuous development of information technology, the business paied more attention to the client relationship management (CRM) with increasing fund support, and the development of CRM systems have begun to move toward the sound stage.In the recent two years, the market really required the collaborative CRM. Little capital and much gains, which is being recognized by most middle and small enterprises. The large number of middle and small enterprises have been the new increasing point and the cooperative application of CRM will be widely used in the future. The CRM software win the market by its utility. CRM is an excellent management platform to help the manager practise the full management in the enterprises, with targeting to the client, circling for the management and marketing system, and integrating all the resources.Successful management and marketing method leads to the rapid growth of many middle and small enterprises. However, the continuely increased marketing staff and organizations makes the management much complicated. The leader now need the cooperative CRM software for market, to increase the management and reaction ability, to ensure rapid and sustainable growth of profit.According the the idea of CRM, this article designed the computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) CRM system which aimed directly at middle and small enterprises, solved the existed imcompatibility and provided a new idea for the cooperative work of CRM system. Detailed contents are as follow.1)To introduce the background, concept, systmatic constraction, current situation and development tendency of CRM.2)To describe the concept, application area and classfication of CSCW, explain its system model and system construction, and analyze the feasibility of CSCW to solve CRM problems.3)To describe the system analysis, system design, and system implement of computer supported CRM system, introduce each functional modules implement in detail, such as consumer management modular, clinet management modular, service management modular, report form management modular, and so on. In the CRM system the imcompatible problems are solved by cooperative technology.
