Research And Application On Wireless Transmission Technology In Distributed Monitoring And Control Network

With the development of the information work, more and more information systems were used in the water-supply-related units. Traditional meter-reading's disadvantage of bad real-time, low accuracy rate seems more and more prominent, and this traditional meter-reading mode has become a bottleneck of information department. How can we ensure that the users' data real-time, accurately being delivered to the relevant department's databases, provideing a basis for the management department to formulate policy,and minimizeing the meter reading's human-cost, material-cost, has become a urgent problem.This paper stands on the basis of studying the existing manual, wired, wireless meter-reading patterns, brings forward a solutions for wireless meter-reading useing ZigBee technology; on the basis of the study ZigBee network layer and application layer, design and implement a ZigBee-based wireless water-meter-reading system, it can meet the requirements of a wide range of meter-reading mode, and the function of wireless meter-reading.To design a wireless meter-reading system inevitably involve hardware platforms and software systems, hardware platforms, including chip's selection and hardware circuit design;software systems, including all ZigBee network node's software design and PC software design (including a database module and front-end management interface). Among them, how to define the Profile in line with the ZigBee standard, how to design the ZigBee network meter-reading program meeting the requirements and demonstrate the feasibility of this program, are the main job of this article. How to define data frame format between network host computer and the ZigBee, data-interactive mode, how to design a framework for the entire system also are the work of this article. The system can automatically launches ZigBee network, automatic maintain network, and deviler the meter data collected real-time and accurately through the ZigBee network to the host computer, host computer submitted the data to the municipal water management department through the Internet network, when the municipal water department needs to the manage certain water meters, orders can also be communicated to the host computer through ZigBee network nodes to control all water meters, such as order ZigBee networks to collect data dynamicly .
