Concurrent Engineering(CE) is a new product development mode in recent years.It is a sys- -tematic approach for integrated and cooperative product design, Concurrent engineering product development process(CEPDP),as the best practice of concurrent engineering(CE),has a vital meaning on enterprise to respond the market quickly and Improve its core competition ability.It's the concentrate expression of systematization working.So,the key of successfully implementing Concurrent Engineering is effective product concurrent development process organizment and management.As a platform for the implementation of Concurrent Engineering,Product Date Maganement(PDM) is a new kind of philosophy and technology which arised in recent years.It manages the business-process of enterprise and the information and process of product scientificly and rationally.It's core is datasharing,staff's work in coordination,process- optimize and reducing the knotty probiem of enterprise.This paper describes the actuality and development trend of CEPDP,its key technology is studied.The purpose and requirement of process modeling are put forward after analyzing the characteristic of CEPDP.The CEPDP model based on multi-view is creatively proposed whose kernel is process view.The model is comprised of process view,organization view,product view,resource view and constraint view.Their meaning and function in the model are analyzed in detail, enumerate two examples.The principle of coherence protection is summarized after study the internal relationship in all views.Next,the paper uses critical path method to combine drawing network map to analyse the scheduling of the process model and make time-cost optimization.In addition,through a practice example to optimize.Finally,According to characteristic of the working process in Changhe industry.Introduced an integrated multi-view model in the development of Changhe Automobile parallel realization,the achieve of Changhe multi-level IPT team work,the integrated of Changhe PDM system and other control of authority systems.
