Recently,magazine market faces the keen competition with the globalization of economics,information and knowledge.In the superficial level,it is about the client and market;however,is about the multi-strength competition mainly supported by the human resources.Forgotten the grown-up,it is difficult to have your stand point in the foresaid market.Thus there is a phenomenon that Te Bie Guan Zhu is deserved the research and our attentions for in its 5 years operation life Te Bie Guan Zhu accesses to the amazing achievement.All above,this article is based on the research of Te Bie Guan Zhu relating to the analyzing its human resources roundly so that this could provide valuable experience to this long-term growing marketThere are three chapters to state my view:Chapter 1,based on the analyzing of its historical and actual human resources management,we observe and study the whole processes of human resources management and make them within the double-analyze from the angles of management and mass-communication as to have a deep understanding. Chapter 2,with the arounding-conversations of mechanism of human resources,states the creative mechanism and institutional guarantee resulted from the anatomy its human resources management.Chapter3 make an introduction of Enterprise Culture,an analysis of good points of team construction;and then make the point that where the core competence is.This article combines with the description,induction,comparative analysis ways of managements and mass-communication.Firstly I use the ways of description and induction to display the wholly development of human resources;secondly there is a comparative analyze of inconsistent effects led by the same human resource management operated among the different magazines,meanwhile comparing the human resource arrangements of Te Bie Guan Zhu and Reader.Last we make the aspects research and analyze of human resource management of Te Bie Guan Zhu by multi-using the theory and hypothesis of mass-communication and management.In line with the foresaid analyzes,this article makes a research and a conclusion of its successful reasons as to make the point clear.The point is the guidance of Hubei Daily group,tries of Mr.Zhu Yuxiang,core-culture and spirit of staff,all of which are the core-competitive strengths.
