With the development of global economic integration,the commodity market has gradually expanded from regional to global.More and more world-famous companies are transferring their production to China,which makes China become a workshop for global production.The way is divided into joint venture production with China and OEM production by domestic manufacturers.At present,the domestic OEM enterprises firmly grasp the opportunity of rapid economic development,relying on the advantages of labor cost and scale economy,are developing at a high speed,which has injected strong momentum into the rapid development of China's economy.However,the domestic OEM enterprises are at the end of the global production value chain.In recent years,with the increase of labor costs,currency appreciation and the adjustment of China's industrial structure,OEM enterprises have gradually lost their cost advantage,and their sustainable development has been seriously impacted.Therefore,whether it is toward the development of professional OEM or the development of independent intellectual property brand,OEM enterprises urgently need to consolidate the foundation of enterprise talent quality,and the construction of reasonable and effective employee incentive mechanism just aims at this problem.This shows the importance of employee motivation in the process of human resource management of OEM enterprises.As the core content of human resource management,motivation has become the key to the success or failure of OEM enterprises.More and more OEM enterprises regard employee motivation as a strategic issue of enterprise development.However,due to the constraints of China's economic development level and people's ideas,there are still many problems in employee motivation of OEM enterprises.In addition,the research on employee motivation in China started late,and there are still many imperfections,which affect the development of OEM enterprises.Therefore,the research on the construction of incentive mechanism can effectively improve the management efficiency of China's OEM enterprises,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,and guarantee the stable development of OEM enterprises and the realization of high-quality development.Combined with the concept and development trend of modern enterprise incentive mechanism construction,this paper takes F company as an example to comprehensively analyze the incentive mechanism construction of China's OEM enterprises.First of all,this paper introduces the necessity of employee incentive in OEM enterprises,and combined with the strategic position of OEM enterprises in China's economic development,expounds the background,significance,content and methods of the construction of incentive mechanism in OEM enterprises;next,it focuses on the research and development of modern incentive theory,the manifestation of enterprise incentive mechanism and the research progress at home and abroad Thirdly,it introduces the current situation of OEM enterprises and summarizes the problems of incentive mechanism.Fourth,taking F company as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the problems of the employee incentive mechanism,which are mainly reflected in three aspects: ignoring the incentive effect of corporate culture,incentive dislocation and incentive weakening.Fifthly,in view of the existing problems of OEM enterprises,this paper analyzes the construction strategy of incentive mechanism,expounds how to establish the enterprise culture with human text as the core value,implement the differential incentive principle and optimize the incentive mechanism of OEM enterprises,and summarizes the measures to establish the long-term incentive mechanism.Finally,it summarizes the conclusions and research prospects of this paper.The main innovation of this paper is to establish a long-term incentive mechanism which can promote the high-quality development of OEM enterprises by combining the incentive theory and the actual situation of OEM enterprises.Under the background that China's OEM enterprises need to strengthen the construction of incentive mechanism to realize the sustainable development of enterprises,this paper has strong theoretical and practical significance.
