Since 1980 s,the theory of human resource management is becoming more and more mature in our country,and gradually replace the personnel management.Relatively speaking,the corporate culture is the intangible soft management,human resources management is the tangible hard management,organic integration,the two depth fit,is a prerequisite in forming effective management ability,but at present the research on this issue is not enough.A company was founded in 1995,is one of the electronic commerce company worldwide to carry out the first,for 19 consecutive years in the world's top 500 list.In 2004,A company to enter the Chinese market with the acquisition of a wholly-owned domestic Z company mode.In the past fourteen years,employees increased from thousands to nearly 46 thousands,sales increased by 53 times,covering operations center in Middle East 16 cities.A company in the process of internationalization,cannot do without its unique corporate culture and a globally efficient allocation of production factors,make full use of human resources management to achieve the "cross cultural superiority",and try to complete successfully fit in "human resources management" with "corporate culture"To explore the depth analysis and theory of management practice of A company.The main contents of this paper include: the definition of related concepts,a brief summary of the relevant basic theory;the existing literature on the combination mechanism of human resource management and corporate culture are analyzed,researched and summarized;elaborated on A company culture and the current situation of human resources management;the present situation of A company to analysis fit mechanism research of A company human resource management and corporate culture are discussed and the results of this case study has significance;finally summarizes the lack of research and prospects.
