An Empirical Study On The Library Users' Satisfaction Based On Structure Equation Modeling

The Academic library ensures collection and organization of documents for teaching and scientific research, which target is satisfying the readers'information needs. We all know, whether Resource Development or Reference Services can affect readers'information need. so, it is necessary that a correct and neat indicator system of library evaluation which could reflect the level of resource development and services is constructed based on readers. In fact, Comprehensive assessment of users'satisfaction not only reflect the level of library development, but Help to identify shortage and Seek development, so, which is becoming a hot spot of library science research.The main research works in the paper are listed as follows:①The research background is described, the basis ideas and research content of the paper are confirmed.②Based on theory of library users'satisfaction, this paper analysis all factors which can affect library users'satisfaction and design library evaluation model.③The reliability, validity, and the procedures of establishing measurement instruments are described used of software SPSS.④This paper proves that the model is reasonable used of software AMOS.⑤Finally, this his paper sums up several Analytical methods of weight, At the same times, weights for factors would be calculated with the factor's load, library users'satisfaction index would be calculated.
