Research On The Readers' Satisfaction Degree Of College Library

The positioning of library in universities is undergoing a transition from resource-centered to reader-centered,which results in the fact that the readers' satisfaction has become an important indicator to measure the quality of a library.However,satisfaction is subjective and it is not easy to measure.Therefore,it is necessary to construct an evaluation index system of readers' satisfaction in the library in universities through the scientific evaluation method and the characteristics of library in universities itself,and to fully and objectively evaluate the readers' satisfaction degree of the library in universities.In 2015,in order to create a more comfortable reading environment and learning space for all teachers and students,Capital University of Economics and Business has rebuilt the school library and officially opened it on May 2,2017.In order to better serve the readers,this survey was conducted.In the meanwhile,a structural equation model was constructed on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of survey data to further analyze the main factors that affect readers' satisfaction in the library.The survey found that the teachers and students of the Capital University of Economics and Business are highly satisfied with the refurbished library.And respondents who are satisfied with resource construction,hardware facilities,and humanistic environment account for 82.65,79.69,and 67.78.And hardware facilities and human environment are the most important factors that affect readers' satisfaction.It is worth noting that respondents are less satisfied with the audio environment in the library,which needs to get improved in the future.
