The Empirical Study On The Impact Of User Satisfaction In Digital Library

Computer technology and network technology development makes the traditionallibrary to network and digital，with the rapid development of the information industry，digital library in our country industry is in the fierce competition in the market．Alongwith the digital library information product homogeneity of the day by day，customersatisfaction of the development of digital library or not has become an importantdecision factors，is the key to improving the core competitive power．In the current situation，customer satisfaction is the premise of how to determinewhich factors influence the user satisfaction，specific for，including the followingquestionsRQ1：What are the factors may influence the digital library customer satisfaction?RQ2：How to evaluate these factors on digital library？RQ3：What measures can improve the satisfaction of users of digital library？This paper studies based on the above problem launch，the digital library users aresatisfied with the factors affecting the empirical research．First，according to theliterature research extraction influence factors of digital library customer satisfaction，and according to the factors set the customer satisfaction survey．Based on thehypothesis，the construction of digital library users satisfactory effect factors of thestructure equation model，and test the hypothesis．The results show，each factor to thesatisfaction of users are different degree of positive influence．Finally，according to theinfluence degree of each factor，put forward to improve the construction of the digitallibrary user satisfaction strategies，and this paper and future research direction wasgiven．...
