An Empirical Study On User Satisfaction Of Theme Library Service

Theme of library literature information of the subject matter is to meet the users demand,through organized around a specific theme collection resources and carry out diversified service,in order to realize the service function of library,a new type library.The flexibility,intuitiveness and coverage embodied in the various links of the library,such as the selection of special features in the subject field,the object of service,the ability of the librarians,the overall organization of the content,the promotion of the theme activities,make the characteristics of the library fully presented in the field of library,and play an important and irreplaceable role.However,due to the theme of library and integrated library on the properties are different,so for the user services provided by the content,form and user demand presents the obvious difference.Therefore,design the theme of library user satisfaction evaluation model and studies the determinants of customer satisfaction,customer satisfaction theory system in the field of information useful for the books,but also help to promote the theme of library service level,can better reflect the theme library service value and knowledge value.Therefore,this study based on the existing theory,from the user demand perspective,put forward the theme of library service user satisfaction influencing factors,to some extent this further deepen the connotation of library user satisfaction theory research.This study first library and the satisfaction of the subject matter of a brief overview of theoretical connotation,main show is the connotation of subject library,with the specialized library and characteristic to distinguish,sum up its characteristic,and then discusses the theory of customer satisfaction,to explain the library and relationship satisfaction theory.Secondly,on the basis of the research theme connotation and characteristics of the library,and puts forward the variable factors influencing the theme of library service user satisfaction,at the same time,based on the principles of model building,construction of subject library service user satisfaction structural equation model,and proposes the research hypothesis.Satisfaction questionnaire,according to the model design to carry out the empirical study,this paper introduces the basic information of the empirical research object,using the paper questionnaire and the combination of questionnaire survey method to collect sample data,using software to analyze data to evaluate and validate assumptions and on the basis of the results analysis.Finally,on the basis of empirical study,the hypothesis testing results are analyzed and discussed,and based on the analysis of the results,the theme of library service development present situation in our country,from the angles of countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,From building multi-level system of special talent team,setting up special hidden resources,diversified theme activity form,innovation promotion channels and build themed space environment atmosphere etc.Put forward the improve customer satisfaction and improve the service quality of Suggestions and countermeasures.
