Many social environment changes like swift development of information technology,unceasing enhancement of the living standards,make China media industry development enter a profound reforming transfomation. Under the new media environment featured in'Fragment & Digitization', the chinese videoland is experiencing intense tramsformations in two dimensions. One is that facing the mature market and fierce competition the Chinese videoland television has confronted with impact and changes caused by technology renewal.Compared to Internet Web1.0 time,network media have had more competitive power and development potential.As a result,network media have advanced into the mainstream media gradually and brought the huge pressure for the videoland development.However, media development history has demonstrated that the traditional medium will not be substituted or even withered away because of the new medium birth.Instead,the fusion of the new medium and the traditional one is a tendency.The latter one needs to profit from the superiority of the former in order to promote its transformation. This research takes the elementary theory of the Experience Economy as a foudation,inherits its core characteristics,will first explain the phenomenon of Web2.0 and its dissemination characteristics in detail,then analyze its spreading process pattern and the dissemination effect,finally summarizes its core dissemination idea. After that, the article will focus on studying how could the Chinese ideoland profit from the Web2.0 advanced dissemination idea in order to realize the television media promotion from 1.0edition to 2.0 edition.TV2.0 is a brand-new idea for television's information dissemination. It emphasizes inetractive in watiching from or program contents,in order to make the audience obtain the brand-new individual experience from participation and share during watching TV. The TV2.0 core essential meaning is to enhance audience's intiative participation , and create the audience's individual experience through developing television media interactive.TV2.0 has three main experience characteristics:First:'taking the audience as the center to create the audience's individual experience'is the most basic experience characteristics. Second,through the information spreading process personalization,TV2.0 promotes television's interactive and the sense of participation radically.Third,the audience's individual experience becomes the important product in the information spreading process,meanwhile,its production and expense is the main dissemination content of TV 2.0.
