American economist Joseph pine and James Gilmore predict in The Experience Economy that:economic development of human society which experienced the agricultural economy, industrial economyand service economy, the experience economy has become a new economic form. Experience will becomethe output of the experience economy. Experience is regard serve as the stage, with products as props. Theconsumers is the center. Experience created a series of activities which worth remembering to enableconsumers to participate in. We can see, areas such as tourism, film, art has made great achievements in theexperience marketing, and get a huge affirmation of the market. And in the network shopping area, manyonline shopping companies make a positive change too.In recent years, the online shopping market is developing rapidly. To the end of2012, the size of theusers of online shopping in China has reached242million, accounting for42.9%of the total number ofInternet users in China. The scale of China’s online shopping market transactions in2012reached1.304trillion yuan.Compared with2011, the growth rate of trading volume reached68%, accounting for aproportion of the total retail sales of social consumer goods reached6.2%. The booming market of onlineshopping to the emergence of a number of e-commerce businesses such as Taobao, Jingdong Mall,Dangdang, Jumei Youpin rely on network sales success.Traditional real economy, such as Suning, Gomeand other enterprises to actively build their own e-commerce platform, and achieved good results.There have a huge difference between Online shopping and shopping in the real economy. Becausenetwork media breake the barriers of time,and space.It allows user selection of goods thousands of milesaway.This way of shopping as convenient and cheap gathered a huge user base. But also because it is unable to contact the real goods, the physical often does not match the description, reducing the user’sshopping experience.The development of economy increase the spending power of consumers, theconsumer demand for personalized,diversified features. Under the background of experience economy,online shopping enterprises should seize the consumer demand, market segmentsand,and provide morepersonalized service experience for the user, experience in the design of the shopping process andconcerned about the user’s emotional satisfaction. The user has been recognized in the emotion, will be onthe brand loyalty. This article to experience economic theory as a guide, on the basis of the research statusof the development of online shopping, proposed online shopping experience three implementations.Finally, this article make elaborate of the development trend of the network shopping on the background ofexperience economy, the online shopping fusion online fast and convenient, and real-life experience in theline, to provide users with a more user-friendly consumer experience.
