Experience,Problems And Thoughts On The Construction Of County-Level Media Convergence

General Secretary Xi Jinping made it clear that "we must do a solid job in building county-level media centers,and better guide and serve the masses." In 2018,Fenyi county media convergence center in Jiangxi province was rated as a model of national media integration reform at the county level.The author conducted a field survey of Fenyi county media convergence center and interviewed the chief editor of the center to collect first-hand data.This paper is based on the experience and thinking on the appropriate mode of county-level media convergence media construction.By using text analysis method and case analysis method,this paper tries to summarize the successful experience of media convergence media construction in county level,analyze the existing problems and put forward countermeasures.The author first overall construction of domestic county financial media made a comb,secondly from organization structure integration,information integration and fusion of three levels: public service function of Fenyi county financial media construction process analysis,the author thinks that the success of appropriate financial media construction lies in its from external to internal,from the content production and management system innovation.At the same time,also cannot leave the local government from the policy,the fund and so on multidirectional support;Finally,through interviews,sample analysis and other methods,the author found that there are problems in content operation,technology,talent and capital in the media convergence center of Fenyi county,and put forward Suggestions on changing media thinking,strengthening the construction of comprehensive platform and promoting talent transformation.The author believes that Fenyi county media convergence center is worth studying,and its reform experience in personnel system,production mechanism and other aspects in the construction of media convergence is universal,which has strong reference significance for other districts and counties.However,its existing problems such as poor content operation and insufficient capital also need to be solved.
