Reconstructing Relationships:Research On Media Convergence Construction Experience And Reform And Innovation Of "New Gansu Cloud"

Since the introduction of the county-level media convergence strategy in 2018,the construction of county-level media convergence centers has been carried out in full swing throughout the country,and remarkable achievements have been made.'New Gansu Cloud ' is a provincial technical platform for Gansu Province to promote the construction of county-level media center.It is led by the propaganda department of Gansu Provincial Committee and built by Gansu New Media Group.Gansu New Media Group based on ' New Gansu Cloud ' is the main position of county-level media convergence communication practice in Gansu Province.Through the platform support of ' New Gansu Cloud ',Gansu New Media Group has initially formed a network and chess convergence media construction pattern in the whole province,forming a unique ' Gansu Experience ' and showing the powerful force of Gansu media convergence reform.This paper takes the provincial technology platform " New Gansu Cloud " of county-level media convergence in Gansu Province as the research object,studies its internal structure and external relations,and summarizes its valuable experience in media convergence.The study found that the internal and external relationship network of ' New Gansu Cloud ' has changed significantly in the process of media transformation.There are three specific performance : First,in the internal relations,the media organization structure is flat,editing operation integration,editing role from' gatekeeper ' to ' guide ' change,thus creating a cohesive network of internal relations;second,in terms of external relations,the role of users has changed,and the provincial technology platform has gradually been positioned as a server.The construction mode of ' province with county ' continues to generate external connection network,and the province relies on the provincial platform to rebuild media consensus.Third,from the perspective of relationship ecology,platform-based media continues to expand various service functions of grassroots media through self-enablement,and the function of county-level media center to participate in and help grassroots social governance continues to be highlighted.While summarizing the experience of ' New Gansu Cloud ' media convergence,the paper also puts forward some suggestions for its future reform and innovation from the perspective of ' Reconstructing Relationship ',that is,taking participation in social governance as the starting point of relationship reengineering,through content optimization,technology empowerment,think tank promotion,etc.,to continuously promote and enhance the ability of county-level media center to guide and serve the masses.
