high speed, super large capacity, the viability of optical network, the reverse ofprotection and the recovering problems have become the major problems of theoptical network. Meanwhile the reverse protection function of the ReconfigurableOADM (ROADM)inoptical layercanprotect andrecovertheserviceofthenetwork,its effect is more important for the optical network than any other elements, thisfunction of OADM bases on the active optical devices such as: optical switch,adjustable optical filter and so on. A new type of ROADM which bases on theelectrical-optical effect of Ti: LiNbO3 wave conductor has super high tunable speedits working wave length is dynamic and tunable; the tunable range is broad; theinsertionlossissmall;itssizeisconcise.Itspolarizationconversionsection (PCS)hasthe most importance. We can realize the polarization conversion and the wave lengthtunablefunctionbychangingthevoltagewhichsuppliedbytheinterdigitalelectrodes,thisvoltageisalsocanbetuned.Refer to the requirement of PCS to the voltage: Vciand VT, the paper present apreceptofintelligent controltothevoltage,andthenbringforwardadesignofvoltagesection. This design can give 64 channels'voltage output. It uses only one D/Achipunderthecontrol ofone 8279chipwhichcan give16channels'voltageoutput.Sowecan get 64 channels'voltage output at the same time by use a single chip to chooseand control 4 chips of 8279. In this method all the chips can de connect to the CPUandunderthe control of it,theconnectionis veryconciseandonlyoccupies alittleofCPU's resource, in the mean time because everychannel's output can be given bythehardware automatically, so we can program with it easily, it has its own merit andpracticability. Given the requirement of tunable output voltage's range of ?400v, wepresent a design of super high speed, super high voltage's output. This design isactually a high voltage amplify circuit which has a broad voltage output range, thisvoltageisbio-polarityandtunablebycontrollingthesuperhighspeedD/Aconverter.In the paper, firstlywe introduce the whole design precept of the voltage sectionand then discuss every part in detail.Secondly we complete the design of Vcicontrolsection, single chip circuit, voltage amplify circuit, analog switch circuit,and we useEWB software to stimulate Vcicircuit and get the correct result.; then we realize the design of VT's D/A converter circuit and the high voltage amplifier circuit.;At thesame time, we compile the program of Vcicontrol unit with the Assembly Language.Thisprogramcanmakethe8279chipinitializeanddisplayitssubprogramaccurately.
