The Color Management Technology has got fast development in recent years. The spectrophotometer as a kind of color measurement device with high accuracy is indispensable in color measurement. At present, there are still many shortcomings in the technology of Dynamic Spectrophotometer, such as slow speed, high cost and the outdated technology. Therefore,the purpose of this subject is to develop a controller platform based on IP-core for the Dynamic Spectrophotometer.After a detailed discussion of an optimization algorithm of speed control and pulse allocation for multi-axis synchronization, the dissertation devises a controller of X-Y Platform movement based on FPGA.First, FPGA was used to control stepper motor through fixing and sending pulse. The adjustment of speed can be realized through various overlapping of non-overlapping basic pulses; Measures of semi-loading for the accumulator, left-shift normalization for the integrand function and decomposition of the adjusted spatial speed vector were taken to make calculation faster, impulse distribution more uniform and location more precise.Second, hardware circuits such as FPGA peripheral circuits, USB communications circuits and stepper motor drive circuits were completed.Experimental results show that the controller platform based on IP-core achieves stepper motor's control requirement on high-speed and high precision.The dissertation sets the stage for the implementation of controller platform for high performance spectrophotometer.
