Universal Color Managment System has extensive applications,providing an excellent technology support for image reduction.As a basic element to establish Color Managment System,the spectrophotometer is nondeductible and significant color-measuring instrument in color-display industry.Presently,only a few nations,such as Germany ,America,have the ablility to produce the high performance spectrophotometer. In our nation,this technology is still in continuing reserch and development.So the research aim of this subject is to develop the high performance spectrophotometer of our own country,fill the blankness in our nation.Aiming at the defects of low-speed,high-cost in the existing spectrophotometer,this dissertation presents a high-speed,high-precision spectrophotometer based on USB2.0,FPGA and integrated CCD processonthe design of Linear CCD driver and Acquisition Circuit,achieves the digitization of spectrum information of the test sample;the design of logic IP core of CCD acquisition and process,achieves the Dynamic Calibration and high-speed transmission of the CCD output-data,improves the digitization accuracy of spectrum information;the circuit design and firmware development of EZ-USB, achieves the high-speed upload of the spectrum data;last,the design of host computer simulation application program,achieves the control function tests of spectrophotometer.Test results show that the designed functions are correct,and meet the design requirement.The design of spectrophotometer based on high-speed USB2.0,FPGA and integrated CCD processor,not only achieves the high-speed,high-precision spectral information acquisition,aslo simplifies the structure of controller,and enhances flexibility in functional design,has high effective cost and convenience of subsequent development,etc.
