In the ultra-high speed cigarette making machine drive system, the use ofmulti-axis synchronous servo drive system is the main direction of futuredevelopment instead of the traditional rigid mechanical gear plus timing belttransmission mode. On the one hand, it greatly simplifies the mechanical structure,reduces the noise of the machine, and increases the reliability of the unit. On the otherhand, it also increases flexibility of the whole unit, especially in the changingcigarette specifications, greatly reduces the required number of replacement parts, andshortens adjustment time. All of these advantages can meet the needs of highreliability and flexibility from control system of high speed cigarette making machine.The topics based on control technology of ultra-high speed cigarette making machineas background to study multi-axis synchronous servo drive system of transmission.First, analyzing the synchronous relationship of each axis in cigarette machinedrive system, then proposed synchronization requirements and calculated thesynchronous speed of the shaft, and And according to the specific control needs, putsforward selection basis and requirements of motion control system componentunitbuild a multi-axis synchronous platform.Second, analyzing synchronization control method and combining with therequires of synchronization control from the system, synchronization model based onvirtual axis was established. the experimental system of synchronous control also wasbuilt by using electronic gear function modules and electronic cam function modules.At the same time, through experimental of load mutations, it analyses synchronouscontrol response in the dynamic process. Synchronous control experimental resultsshow that the electronic gear and electronic CAM synchronous control based onvirtual spindle in steady state cases, simultaneous effect is excellent; In load mutationinterference circumstance, synchronization effect was damaged.Finally, according to accuracy requires of the synchronization control, itproposed the simultaneous optimization strategy of speed compensation for each axis,build the simulink-simulation model based on virtual axis control,and madecontrastive study both the regular synchronous control based on virtual spindle andsynchronous control with speed compensation. Simulation results show thatsynchronous speed compensator brings good compensation effect to speed deviations which result from load mutation.multi-axis synchronization control system with speedcompensator still have superior synchronization performance in load change.Through using BECKHOFF company motion control experiment system forvolume, explorative study based on virtual spindle of multiaxial servo synchronouscontrol is made, it will bring certain reference value to research and application ofmulti-axis synchronization control in the in ultra-high speed cigarette makingmachine in the future.
