During the entire business process of the coal enterprises such as production, sales, quality control, inventory, planning, pricing, human resources, transportation, scheduling, services, finance and so on. As a complete enterprise value chain, production and sales is the core business, while core business is good or bad depends on the market, depends on the customer. As a result, customers become an important resource, customer relationship management become an important and indispensable part in the business process. Developers can use the ASP.NET control set, these sets have various pieces of group (such as text boxes, pull-down menu, etc. ) which is public for Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) user interface. In fact, these controls run on the network server, the user interface that will be converted to HTML format and then sent to the browser. On the server, the space will be responsible for object-oriented programming model presented to the WEB developers. Programming model can provide various object-oriented programming features. ASP.NET technology is a three-tier architecture with strictly hierarchical approach, that is, the data access layer can only be visited by operation Logic, the operation Logic become some operation formula and logic, and access the database to obtain data, and in accordance with the contrary order to return the data list in denote layer.
