Retail customer relationship management (CRM) is the use of advanced information technology, the implementation of customer related information collection, sorting, analysis, in the enterprise internal information sharing activities related to business decisions and guide and provide one-on-one service for the customer, while meet the customers’personalized needs, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty of enterprise, finally improve the profit of enterprises. As a result, the retail customer relationship management (CRM) is to help enterprises, through the appropriate channels will be the right product, at the right time, to provide appropriate customer.Thesis introduces the construction bank Yichun branch retail customer relationship management (CRM) system research background, significance and the current project research and application status of the content and the main work of thesis research, and using the software engineering and object oriented analysis method to analyze business. In business analysis, presents the existing main management business process flow diagram, has been clear about the problems of existing business processes, through business process reengineering, reconstructed the main business electronic after transforming business processes; In functional analysis, the paper has carried on the use case modeling, use case diagram and use case description is given, and clear the function of the system. Is given on the basis of function analysis, the function of the overall system architecture and function of each module structure, including customer relationship management, sales management, information management, integral and value-added services management, query and statistics, such as system management function module; In data analysis, the paper on the system each function by processing the data was analyzed, and the entity class diagram is given, and described the basic structure of the database table.Thesis finally summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, analyzes the deficiency existing in thesis, and the further work were also discussed.
