Study And Application Of LP-based Production And Management System Of Pressure Processing Workshop

Lean Production(LP) is a new production way to obtain the multiple aims of diversified needs,high quality,low cost,short delivery term and safe production.LP is a production and management system needing the participation of total personnel of the enterprise,it can satisfy the needs of customers only by cooperation of total personnel. Lowering cost of products and quick response to the market are two basic aims of LP. In order to produce the products satisfying the customers' needs by bringing up higher production quality,lower cost,shorter delivery term and safer production,an enterprise must integrate software with hardware,thus to obtain maximal profits.Pressure processing tools are characterized by high efficiency,low energy consume and low cost,therefore pressure processing is becoming more and more important in the industrial production and the proportion of pressure machines to other machines is gradually becoming high.With the shaping of global market,it has become the key question for affecting the market competition capability to elevate the production efficiency of pressure processing,improve the quality of pressure processing products and lower the production cost of pressure processing.Lean production puts forward higher requirement for pressure processing workshop.But because of many problems in the management resulting in much waste,the pressure processing workshop doesn't reach the requirement standard of LP.So it is very significant to enforce devices management,reduce waste and promote lean production way through production and management system of workshop.The main contents of this paper are:①Through the analysis to the present researching situation about the MIS domestic and abroad and the present situation of production and management of Foxconn pressure processing workshop,proposes that it is necessary to study and develop a set of production and management information system for pressure processing workshop(PPWPMIS).②Analyzes the system systematically from five aspects which are system object analysis,organization flow analysis and improvement,hardware platform configuration and software platform selection,network structure analysis,total structure of the system.③According to the system object proposed during the system analysis stage,plans the functions of the system.④According to the function design and flow analysis,designs the database for the system.⑤Assists to develop the PPWPMIS,tests.the PPWPMIS and analyzes the implementation effect of PPWPMIS.
