Nowadays,more and more manufacturing enterprises realize that lean production improvement plays an important role in reducing production cost,shortening production cycle and improving product quality.MES is an important tool for enterprises to realize lean management,and data collection is the basis of production scheduling and process control,so the optimization of MES data collection for panel furniture enterprises is of great importance to improve the ability of lean management.In order to enhance the enterprise lean improvement ability,enhance the enterprise production and operation efficiency,through participating in the panel furniture company A company lean production management,information construction in the production improvement of the application of this topic research,focus on the company's MES data collection and production optimization were discussed.First of all,this paper takes the value orientation and waste reduction thinking in lean production as the guideline,Using the method of VSM analysis A company production status.Through understanding the basic situation of the enterprise,observing and consulting the production site,and drawing the VSM status chart,it is found that there is waste in the production site,such as the accumulation of products in process,packaging and waiting,and unbalanced production.Through the analysis of the problem,it is concluded that the low balance rate of the production line is mainly caused by the poor ability of production planning,process visualization and control caused by the insufficient information management ability,and the external manifestation of the imbalance of the production line is the accumulation of work in process and waiting for work.Secondly,according to the problems found,the VSM target diagram is drawn to establish the optimization target,and the data collection improvement scheme is planned and implemented in combination with the target and the current situation of the enterprise.The scheme is mainly carried out in three aspects:real-time state data collection of the reaction production process,static basic data collection of the production site and visualization of the reaction production state data.Data acquisition and visualization are mainly achieved through electronic tag,PC semi-automatic input,PLC automatic identification,touch screen,signal light and other methods.Finally,the obtained data were analyzed and used in production improvement.On the one hand,the optimization effect of the data collection method itself was confirmed by comparing the effective utilization of the data collection method in terms of personnel and working time before and after improvement.On the other hand,the production improvement results are confirmed by comparing the production balance rate and the plan attainment rate before and after the production plan and the process improvement.After the implementation of the data collection plan and production improvement of Company A,the direct and parametric change brought by the new data collection method is to reduce the number of employees required for non-value-added work by about 5 people,and reduce the non-value-added work time by 3680-4750 minutes per month,about 60-80 hours.Moreover,after the improvement of production plan and production process,the balance rate of production line increased by 7.99%,and the plan completion rate increased by 5.72%.The results of the study confirm the effectiveness of the data collection and production improvement scheme proposed in this paper to solve the problems such as poor balance of production line and work-in-process accumulation in Company A.
