| The Research and Design of the Enterprise Asset Management System under the Lean Production ManagementLean Production is also called Superior Production. Lean Production is regarded as a guarantee for enterprises to improve the production performance. It can also effectively control the production process and make it more flexible. According to the requirements of Lean Production, and combined with the existing situation of Dalian some companies of Machine Tool, in view of enterprises'internal asset management confusion, through the research needs of the factory, the Lean Production system is developed.The system this paper researched is a submodule of Lean Production Management—Enterprise Asset Management System. As society continues to progress and development, and large enterprises continue to increase, competition is fierce, companies are studying how to reduce the various costs and cost savings. As the marketing demand, EAM, the way that a variety of resources can have on business for effective management, has been developed rapidly. EAM is the abbreviation of"Enterprise Asset Management"and should be translated into"Enterprise Asset Management". The EAM system, combining with management thought and computer technology, can send the enterprise to implement effective control of resources, thus saving a lot of money for the enterprise. This system is mainly used to deal with the enterprise's internal facility, implement and stock. By utilizing the function of report and print, users can look up the enterprise's internal asset situation directly.The system adopts VB.NET language and SQL SERVER 2008 database, taking Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2005 as development tool, employing C\S structure, utilizing the integrating function of system frame to manage the code's design and function's realization.This paper describes the research background and the significance of system development and then describes the technology and system development tools. Focus on the details in software life cycle of the software developing. Firstly, the overall system goals and user workflow are described in the Requirements part. And then repeated research needs, come to the structure function of the system use cases and system requirements. Secondly, in the designing part, first introduced lean production management process and the establishment of data warehouse, and then focuses on system development framework technology, detailed design of some modules and database design. In the implementation part, some module process are given and introduce the fast integration of the coding and add exception handling procedures, and finally tested on the system, the system can basically meet the development requirements.The design of the system focused on solving enterprise asset management equipment management, maintenance management, stock and procurement management of serious problems in the waste of funds. By the management process of the system, managers can better control the enterprise funds, so that savings can be more for production, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and create more profits. The development of this system has good practical value, helps some of the large enterprises solve some asset management confusion practical problems, and has some promotional value. |
