| Since 2018,the outbreak of African swine fever has caused a huge impact on the production of pork.Pork consumption accounts for more than 70%of the total consumption of meat products in China,and it is the main meat product consumed by the Chinese.The fluctuation of pork prices has seriously affected the safety of the Chinese "vegetable basket".In order to prevent and control the swine fever epidemic,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued the "Notice of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on Further Strengthening the Supervision of Inter-provincial Transportation of Live Pigs and Their Products",which comprehensively restricts the transportation of live pigs across provinces.my country’s pork production areas are relatively concentrated,and most of the pork supply needs to rely on inter-provincial transportation.The "Notice" prohibits the inter-provincial transfer of live pigs,so the mode of transportation has changed from the normal temperature transportation of live pigs to the cold chain transportation of white strips of pork.At present,my country’s cold chain transportation is still relatively backward,and there are still problems such as extensive management and information blocking in the cold chain transportation.The low management and transportation monitoring capabilities of cold chain logistics enterprises have been unable to meet the growing needs of food cold chain transportation,mainly due to the backwardness of cold chain monitoring facilities and equipment.The design and production of related facilities and equipment for cold chain temperature monitoring will help ensure the safety of cold chain transportation,help ensure the quality and safety of pork under the epidemic,and provide a starting point for relevant departments to implement supervision.The key parts of this article are as follows:(1)Design and application of RFID-based cold chain transport vehicle hook.Based on the status quo of cold chain transportation of meat products obtained from field research,relevant requirements documents are formed,and supporting software and hardware are designed according to actual requirements,and real-time temperature monitoring in the transportation process is realized.(2)Temperature field monitoring of cold chain compartment based on XGBoost algorithm.Since the sensor requires maintenance operations such as charging,loading and unloading,the number of sensors needs to be reduced to improve the ease of use of the device.In this paper,through the method of temperature field modeling,using the temperature data and time characteristics collected by two sensors,the fitting of the other four key temperature points in the vehicle is realized,and the real-time monitoring of the temperature of each key node in the vehicle is realized.ability to ensure food safety. |
