| As the personal financial services are attached great importance to, domestic commercial banks have established customer relationship management system for supervising the VIP customers. However, the existing CRM systems have no enough marketing and management function, can not meet the current needs of individual business well. This paper describes the customer service system, which provides effective supervision not only for VIP customers, but also for the services provided for VIP customers by the banks.This paper first briefly introduces the development of personal banking business, indicating the system development background; then the needs of system is described in detail from the aspects of customer management, service management and user management respectively; based on this, considering the existing system environment of the banking, describes the system design and database design; next, introduces the implement of the system, emphasize on the methods of the WEB program development, the design of the stored procedures and the calling of related interface; finally, demonstrated a part of functions of the system.The bank VIP customer service system this paper describes has been put into operation in the municipal branch of one bank, and it can better meet the needs of developing individual business. The system is built on the basis of the existing CRM system, and some expansion and extension is performed. It can make up for the lack of CRM effectively. The method of design and implement can be referenced by congener systems. |
