Basic information including customer management, customer contact management, customer relationship history records management, customer order management, customer churn management, etc.; Marketing management module is to achieve sales opportunities and customer development. Including sales opportunities assigned, sales opportunities, plan, plan management, program execution results, etc.; Service management module of main function is to provide service for the customer service management module of the analysis process. Including the creation, distribution, customer service, processing, feedback and archive information, etc.; System management module is an integral part of the information system.
