Study On Some Application Of The Intelligence Decision Support System

The E-government is one way to raise the government efficiency using information technology, is an important method of decision-making and management for the government. In view of the trend of E-government, this thesis synoptically discussed the development process of government performance evaluation decision support system. We focused on the development of the decision function of the system based on basic functions of former government performance evaluation decision support system. The system provides data support to help superior leader make right decisions.The main content in this thesis is provided as follows: Establish a set of information service software for the various government departments' performance evaluation management to implement performance assessment of the department management of government in the performance evaluation of the Government. Propose a solo or hybrid evaluation method which based on the computation intelligence and suits the trait of index system's complexity of government performance management, and utilizes it in the quality synthetic evaluation platform.The system is based on Object Oriented methods, and adopts the Browser / Server model. Otherwise, we design onstage web pages and develop dynamic web pages by the ASP.NET2.0 technology using Visual Studio2005 and SQL Server 2000 is used as the background database of the system. The weighted sum method is adopted as the evaluation measures mainly which can commendably implement the performance evaluation of government departments.According to its content, this thesis is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the background, content, method and meanings of the study. And some knowledge about Decision Support System and performance evaluation has also been introduced in the paper. The second part is the main part of this thesis. Firstly, the Design requirement for both of the system and background database system, and design the framework for the system according to need analysis of the performance evaluation decision support system has been proposed, and the model library and index system have been established in this part. Secondly, the detailed design notes to main sub-systems of the system have been given on the basis of the analysis from the previous, including the framework, functions of the subsystem. Lastly, the environment regulation and application realization of the system, which includes environment regulations for the server, client and developing has been stated in this part. And it also introduces operations for major modules of the system. The last part of this thesis completes the implement.
