Research On The Multi-Project Management System Of SME

Project management has become the popular way of management in many organizations with the growing market competition and the tendency of being projected of the enterprise and organization's work and task. Organizations which are project-oriented always have to actualize many projects at the same time, the larger of the number of the project within one period is, the more complicated of the project management problem will be. Under the situation of many parallel projects, the factors like financing, time, and the human resource are always involved in the relationship of contest. Because the traditional single project management can not solve various problems occurred in the multi-project environment, the research on the multi-project management has become the hotspot. What's more, the manual multi-projects management has the disadvantages of low efficiency, inconvenience in communication, the ill arrangement of resources, then, the time, human resource and material resources are wasted.In order to solve the problem of the organization's multi-project management, a more mature system of multi-project management is supposed to set up in this thesis after analyzing the existed multi-project management systematically, and with the target of improving the flexibility of the arrangement of the multi-project resource s and the maneuverability of the schedule of the multi-project. In spite of that, the theory concerning the multi-project management and the traditional single management and some other related realistic technology are discussed in this thesis. The main works of the thesis are as follow:1) Study and summarize the theories and technologies of multi-projects management and single-project management, stress on the analysis of technology of project's schedule management, and analyze the key factors which should be recognized in the area of multi-project management ,and apply of CCPM(Critical Chain Project Management) in multi-project environment.2) Considering the characteristics of the middle and small enterprise, from the point of the elements of inspection, resources and experiences under the multi-project management, a semantic net model consists of organization model,task model,watch model,experience model are designed to aim at the multi-project management in the middle and small enterprise.3) put forward a way of calculating the priority of the multi-project management based on study of project's schedule management, and design a algorithm for multi-project's schedule management.4) The SMEMPMS system is designed detailed based on the design of the semantic net model mentioned above, it contains six module, employed the B/S three-ply structure, and implement the system using Apusic OperaMasks framework.
