Design And Implementation Of Customer Information Management System For Commercial Bank Based On SSI And OperaMasks-UI

With the rapid development of market economy and the gradual deepening of financial system reform, as well as the comprehensive infiltration of information technology, banking industry is faced with unprecedented challenges. So banks began to switch roles, turned to regard the customers as the center to cope with the increasingly fierce competition and challenge. How to realize the management of the bank customer information under the trend of informatization is becoming an indispensable part in the information management system of Banks.This dissertation sets up a bank customer information management system to manage the customer relationship and customer information. The management system adopts the SSI (Struts+Spring+Ibatis)+OperaMasks-UI framework, has good flexibility, transparency, portability, scalability and fault tolerance. In the aspect of database, using the Oracle database, processing speed, high level of security. In this dissertation, by analyzing the system function, the system is divided into types of customer management, customer information management, customer transaction management, public announcement management, customer evaluation management and analysis of customer information mining and so on six function modules. In the end, through the system design, deployment, test and run, to a certain extent, we can realize the management of bank customer information, improve the efficiency of the bank work, explore potential customers, save administrative costs, ensure a good security. But there are still some problems to the system in some details, we need to further optimize and improve, such as the load problem after the number of customers increasing and further improving the level of security.
