Development Of Software Development Project Progress Based On PERT And CCPM Method

In today’s information age, software as a carrier of information technology has become an important part of our daily life. As people’s increasing requirement and demand of software, the scale and complexity of software are showing a growing trend. How to complete the project’s construction under the premise of guaranteeing software’s quality and be completed as planned, the project progress management plays a very important role. The scientific and reasonable project progress management can not only ensure the project’s process to be completed as planned, but also have positive effects on the control of project’s cost and assurance of quality, especially in the development of large and medium software project. The meaning of this paper is that how to use the method of project progress management scientifically and reasonably to improve the efficiency of software development effectively and solve the existing problems of project progress management.This paper takes "three services" public TV platform project of G company as the research topic. It analyzes the problems of the process management and the bad influences or consequences to the software enterprise in the process of software project development. So it is essential that the software company and the manager of project deeply aware of the importance and necessity of the project progress management in the software development process. The most well-known in the project progress management method are PERT(Program/Project Evaluation and Review Technique) and CCPM(Critical Chain Project Management). In order to eliminate bad effect in progress management, we use the above two methods to improve the progress of "three services" public TV platform project. And the improved scheme results are analyzed contrastively.Finally, according to the analysis, we can draw the conclusion: Using the scientific and rational progress management method in the process of software development, the effect of the progress management on software development project has greatly improved.
