| The characteristics, basic functions and key technologies of PDM are deeply analyzed and discussed, as well as its status in enterprises and its developing tendency. Aiming at the informationization status of medium-sized and pint-sized enterprises, based on the plenary demands analysis, a PDM-oriented information integated system has been developed solve the problems appearing in the course of product management in medium-sized and pint-sized enterprises.The architecture of PDM system is analyzed from three aspects of function, system and network. Using the object-oriented system analysis, design and programming methods, UML has been used to analyze and visually model, to design the logical schema of databse, and to conceptually design the system modules. The important effect of ActiveX technology used in the developing course of the system has been studied as well. As the kernel application function, document management module has been discussed. The concept, content and key technologys are studied, as well as the functioins of document management, such as edition management. Then the object model of the document management module is presented.The basic concept of part(s) object management has been studied. The content of part(s) object management is expounded from two sides of structure management and config management. After discussing the basic functions of the module, the object model of the module is presented.Basic concept of application encapsulation and integration has been discussed, as well as three application levels of integration between PDM system and other application systems. Then the integration between PDM system and AutoCAD system is emphatically studied. After analyzing releted key technologys, the logical implement of imformation automatical selection, using ActiveX Automation technoly, is presented. At last, using all the technologies studied before, a PDM-oriented prototype system is presented, to illuminate the function implements of the key modulus dicussed above. |
