The Study In Present Situation And Solutions Of Archive Informatization

Archive Informatization construction is the necessary choice for archive institutions to face the tide of the Global Informatization. The development of advanced IT and IT industry brings both chance and challenge to the Archive Informatization, how to deal with it becomes an important discussion of archive institutions. In the base of the research of Archive Informatization in JIANGSU province, this thesis study the problems and solutions of every part of the Archive Informatization, like the construction of fundamental facilities,Management Information System(MIS),Information resource,Human Resource(HR) and specification code.The whole dissertation consists of seven parts.Part 1 is the introduction charter. As the beginning of the research, it provides the background, the basis, the research significance, the elaboration thought and related questions as well.Part 2 to Part 6 is the principle body of the dissertation, including My study in the problems and solutions of five parts of the Archive Informatization, like the construction of fundamental facilities,Management information system,Information resource,Human Resource,and specification code.Part 7 is the end of my dissertation.
