Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Smart Archives In China

Science and technology have developed towards deep integration with human society.Under the background of management modernization led by informationization,the archives in China are further integrated with science and technology with information technology as the core and expanded to smart archives.At present,the development of smart archives in China is in the infancy and the construction forms of them are different.Through the investigation,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situations of the construction of the smart archives in China in theory and practice;explores problems in the construction,then tries to propose corresponding solutions based on the previous research from the management perspective.It is expected that the research will enrich the theoretical content of the smart archives and contribute to the construction and sustainable development of the smart archives.The paper mainly has five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic and research status in China and abroad.In the second part,by referring to the existing concepts of the smart archives in the field of archival science,the article defines the smart archives and interprets the understanding of it,then analyzes its relationship with related things,and explains its characteristics.The third part is the analysis of the construction situation of the smart archives.Through the statistics of the existing practical cases of the smart archives,the social background,demand status,solutions and supporting technology of the smart archives are analyzed.In the fourth part,based on the current situation of smart archives,this paper discusses its six problems: in theory,national-level support and standardization,correlation with digital archives,suitability of smart technology,degree of smart transformation and the coordination of archive industry development via smart archives.In the fifth part,from the perspective of long-term,managers,organization management and the development of archives industry,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the problems.Then the research is summarized,and prospects the development of smart archives.Theconstruction of the smart archives is a long-term,large-scale project based on extensive connection.It requires all the archivists to base themselves on its foundation,recognize each stage of its development,build a community of shared destiny of archivists,and jointly promote the development of smart archives and the prosperity of archival work.
