Study On The Informatization Construction Of District And County-level Archive Management

The trend of information technology is changing our times,more and more industries have achieved rapid development through information technology.Informatization represent the general trend,and it's the future development direction of archives management.In counties and districts,the level of informatization construction of archives management is quite different,the developed counties and districts have basically completed the informatization construction of archives management and started to develop towards "intelligence",but the informatization construction of archives management which in some counties and districts with relatively backward economy has just started.Based on the case study of the informatization construction of archives management which in Yancheng Dafeng District,Jiangsu Province,this thesis has carried out field research on Dafeng District and has summarized the informatization construction of archives management in Dafeng district from four aspects: organization personnel,infrastructure,file resources and service utilization,in order to provide some reference and suggestions for the development of district and county-level archives management informatization construction.The structure of this paper is as follows:The introduction part mainly introduces the reason,background and significance of this paper,introduces the current research status of domestic and foreign archives management informatization construction,and expounds the research focus and main research methods of this paper.There are five parts in this paper:The first part introduces the related concepts of archives management informatization,including the concept and evolution of archives,the meaning and specific content of archives management,the characteristics of archives management informatization,and the construction of digital archives.The second part introduces the current situation of archives management informatization construction in Dafeng District,and analyzes the existing problems from four aspects,including organization personnel,infrastructure,file resources and service utilization.The third part,taking Dafeng district archives management informatization construction as an example,analyzes the causes of the problems faced by district and county-level archives management informatization construction.In the fourth part,introduces the experience of domestic and foreign advanced archives management informatization construction,mainly introduces the construction situation of the United States and the United Kingdom in foreign countries,and the construction experience of Taicang archives which is the first county-level "national demonstration Digital Archives".The fifth part,puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the informatization construction of district and county-level archives management through the comprehensive application of public management knowledge.
