Research And Application Of Embedded TCP/IP In Industry Ethernet

With the development and advancement of computer technology,communication technology and automation technology, the architectureof industrial control network has a series of changes, the industrial controlnetwork is developed gradually, witch integrate the automation systemwith the enterprise information system. The field bus such as CAN,ControlNet,P-Net,SwiftNet,World FIP and PROFIBUS etc, have notonly the limited effective radius, disunited communication protocol, butalso the high cost,low speed. Therefore they are deficient in expansibilityand compatibility. With the development of Ethernet technology, thisadvanced net technology is used in industrial control net and engenderindustry Ethernet technology, the problems in the field bus are wellsolved. The realization of TCP/IP protocol in node control model of fieldis the crucial technology of embedded industry Ethernet. The industryEthernet technology and embedded TCP/IP technology are detailedlyinvestigated and summarized in this paper, and an embedded industryEthernet platform is successfully developed.This paper focuses on the use of embedded TCP/IP technology inindustry Ethernet, and summarizes the development and research ofindustry Ethernet technology and embedded TCP/IP technology. On thisbasis, the embedded TCP/IP protocol is realized., and it is applied in Coldstorage monitoring and controlling system, which constructed byindustrial Ethernet. Facts proved that this embedded TCP/IP completelysatisfies industry Ethernet. Around the communication requirement ofindustry Ethernet, this paper has completed the following work: researchthe Standard of transplanting uC/OS-Ⅱto processor and the limitation ofKeil C compiler, then transplant uC/OS-Ⅱoperation system toPD89C51RD2. The driver of network interface equipment,link layerprotocol,ARP protocol,ICMP protocol,IP protocol,UDP protocol areimplemented based on uC/OS-Ⅱoperation system.
