Research On Application Of Ethernet To Industry Control System

In this paper, the application of Ethernet to industry control systems is researched. To the poor real-time quality of Ethernet in the field of control, the mechanism of this problem in this paper was analysed: Improve the width of Ethernet, exchange technology, all duplexing communication mode, virtual LAN technology, quality service. The technology of several kinds of settlement security question in this paper was analysed: the encryption, identity verify technology, distinguish and exchange technology, technology of fire wall, network to anti- virus technology.To the actual demand of the warm humidity control system of cigar mill, this paper has applied Ethernet to the conceptual design of the control system, which adopts second fire walls. The whole hierarchical structure of controlling Ethernet has presented and relevant performance is analyzed .On the design of ground control, this paper has compared MCU +'s scheme of dedicated network chip, EMIT technology and direct realizating way of MCU, direct realizating way of MCU is selected in this paper. The hardware and software of the embedded communication controller based on SX52BD are developed. Application of SX52BD to measure and control system is discussed in detail The embedded controller is a new-type" embedded Webserver" taking SX52BD as core. The result of experiment shows that Ethernet applied to the control system of industry is feasible.The application of industry Ethernet control system has realized the integrating of enterprise's control system and the management information system without has carried aperture. The embedded web Ethernet control system based on TCP/IP protocol is run through each level of the control system. As a network node, the equipment on the spot, equipment engineer and enterprise administrative staff are linked through Ethernet and form an organic whole . Using embedded Internet technology for industry control system can structure the control automated system with higher cost performance in industrial control, realize monitoring , controlling and safeguarding remotely.
