Embedded Ethernet Key Technologies

With the development of the Ethernet technology, there is a direction of applying Ethernet technology to industrial field to improve the quality of industry and the level of automatization. According to the structure of the industrial Ethernet, we design and realize a kind of control system that based on Ethernet technology, and we call it AnyNet-3. First of all, we discuss the field device layer of the industrial control system, including the data collection and the data traffic, at last, we complete the relevant hardware and the software.First, this paper analyzes the configuration of Ethernet control net, and explains internet layer> the inner information layer of enterprise, and the filed devices layer respectively. Finally, we focus our mind on the field devices layer of the industrial control system, study the device control data collection and the data traffic in detail. On this condition, we design two data collection modules and a communications module. At last, we can use a computer as a net control platform, which was connected on the net, we call the whole system AnyNet-3.After we have designed the whole hardware module, this paper begins to analyze the requirement of the software system, including the realizing of communication protocol and the developing of Internet applications. Finally, we succeed in embedding the communication protocol TCP/IP in ATmegal28. We improve the real time and the reliability of the communication protocol and embed a device web in the communication module to control some devices, further more, we realize a web server in the module.To upbuild modern embedded Ethernet control net is the purpose of the research work. We research the communications module, design the field devices used in data collection. The whole net control system can be applied to some factories or enterprises, it has better performance and wide apply foreground.
