As an important part of industrial Ethernet, the industrial Ethernet intelligent control node directly influences the instantaneity ,reliability and other qualities of industrial Ethernet according to its well or bad performance. Now the industrial Ethernet intelligent node system mainly adopts 8 bits or 16 bits processors and the system architecture controlled by nonreal-time operating system(OS), but modern industrial environment make higher requirements on Ethernet control, especially on its instantaneity and reliability. Thus it's rather hard to respond timely and exactly to the events on the spot for traditional intelligent control node at all events. In this dissertation, we firstly made an in-depth study in the system architecture of industrial Ethernet intelligent control node , embedded real-time OS and embedded TCP/IP protocol stack technology, and then we project the frame of system architecture of intelligent controlling nodes based on embedded technology.On the basis of a multitude of verification and analysis , we design principle prototype computers used in the laboratory, which take the ARM processor as their processor, run with the real-time OS and communicate via Ethernet.In this dissertation, we analyze and design the principle prototype computers in such two aspects as hardware system and software system. For hardware system, the microprocessor of intelligent control node is ARM processor S3C44B0X in 32 bits, the chip of network card is RTL8019AS, they manage the hardware module severally. For software system, we use μC/OS-Ⅱ as the OS of intelligent control node and embedded TCP/IP protocol stack as communication and transmission protocol, then we develop hardware drivers and application programs after these work. Finally we deeply discuss the experimental results.After the final joint debugging of system, these principle prototype computers used in the laboratory reach the purpose of design. The production of this dissertation will be important technical storage for next step that the industrial Ethernet is applied in real-time environment of industrial control field.
