Based on the research of the industry Ethernet connecting solution of CAN-BUS (Controller Area Network BUS), the thesis implements a TCP/IP protocol stack in MCU (Micro Control Unit) and accomplishes the design and debugging of the main CAN station connected into industry Ethernet, further more, this technology has been applied to a industry boiler feed-water control system.The thesis mainly introduces the design process of the main CAN station connected into industry Ethernet, including scheme design, hardware design and software design. The thesis adopts the scheme of SCM system plus TCP/IP protocol, which saves hardware cost and simplifies network protocol, and makes system simple and practical. Hardware design mainly includes CAN-BUS interface technology and Ethernet interface technology. CAN-BUS interface adopts protocol control chip SJA1000 plus receiving and sending chip 82C250.Ethernet interface adopts Ethernet controller RTL8019AS as physical transmission media. Software design mainly includes the driver program design for the chips and CAN-BUS protocol and network protocol. Embedded TCP/IP protocol is adopted to connect Ethernet, and the basic protocols such as ARP, IP, and UDP are implemented to connect network by simplifying TCP/IP protocol.The thesis successfully applies the CAN-BUS connecting Ethernet technology to industry boiler feed-water control system. The practical application shows that: The CAN-BUS function is applied to simplify the relationships among equipments and instruments on the spots and all the data acquiring sub systems, and transmit real-time data, and construct distributed control system; The Ethernet interface accomplishes information interchange between the industry control machine on the measuring spot and the manage computer; Connecting CAN-BUS to Ethernet can make monitoring and controlling the equipments on the spots more conveniently, and can connect equipments on the industry spots and upper managing control network, and accomplishes the sharing of information, so improves the relationship between control equipments on the producing process spots and control managers.
