A J2EE Based Human Resource Management System

With the development of the society, the informational process of enterprise becomes an efficiency method in order to stay ahead. Human resource management system is a typical management information system. It can not only offer the information and data timely and completely, reduce the statistics and give the different report to different people. It can also forcast the future according to the past information. So human resource management has become the important part of the enterprise management. This text introduces a human resource management system based on J2EE.The system possesses a good expansibility and user experience because it uses the AJAX technology to restore the data dynamically.The Human Resource Management System based on J2EE that this text studies a project of Midea Group which is took up by Hinge Software Company. Based on extensively analyzing and comparing to the domestic and international existing human resource, the author developed a powerful human resource management system. This article elaborated the whole development process of the system,and illustrated the design and realizations details. The system includes seven sub-systems: personnel management ,organization management,position management,salary management,train management,performance management and system management etc.While designing the system function,the author considered overall the present conditions and developing trends of human resource management. The system embodies fully the principle of modern human resource management.At last,we tested the system in the practical environment and analyzed the superiority of the system from the performance and veracity, in addtion,it has some shortcomings in the course of implementation.
