With the continuous development of China’s market economy, human resourcemanagement has become a vital factor in the development of modern enterprise, it isalso an important part of business management, Various companies eager to improvetheir human resource management ability to enhance their competitiveness in themarket. Through using information technology to develop a highly efficient humanresource management system, not only improve the human resource management abilityof enterprises, but also contributed to the scientific management and informationtechnology process.Human resource management system should meet the requirements of scalabilityand easy maintenance. With the rapid development of Web development technologies,more and more lightweight J2EE Web applications using open source frameworks tobuild the system architecture, lightweight frame provides a perfect solution to deal withthe problems such as low code reuse, maintenance difficulties, poor scalability andcompatibility problem,In the phase of human resource management system requirements analysis, thispaper introduces the system construction principles and functional requirements, andgives the system modeling and analysis through UML use case diagram. Based on thesystem requirements analysis, the system architecture using a layered design, dividedinto the presentation layer, business logic layer, data persistence layer and physical layer,then, we use J2EE development technologies, integrating Struts, Spring, Hibernate andAjax framework to build the system architecture to meet the system requirements ofscalable, maintenance and portability.This paper describes the human resource management system design andimplementation process. practice has shown that the use of lightweight J2EE frameworkfor system development and deployment, not only shorten the development time, reducedevelopment costs, but also improve system scalability and maintenance.
