Human resources management is an important part of enterprise management,after the discovery of human resource management of small and medium sized enterprises,the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises although are equipped with a computer terminal,and a few simple human resource management system,but the management idea or the continuation of the traditional manual management thought,there is the great disadvantages,such as the scope of business management confusion,low efficiency of management,data change update delay,often causing unnecessary losses to small and medium-sized enterprises.In addition,the efficiency of management and enterprise staff's work attitude and the overall quality of a great relationship,often by the outside factors are also relatively large.Therefore,small and medium enterprises need to introduce a new standardized human resources management system,so as to effectively manage human resources,to further enhance the enterprise's information management and comprehensive strength.The traditional based on C / S mode of development of the human resources management system has many deficiencies,meet the needs not small and medium-sized enterprise human resources business changes fast,and the human resources management system of small and medium-sized enterprises based on SSH framework happens to be able to business of small and medium enterprises,human resources management and effective integration,in order to provide a fast and efficient human resource management model for small and medium enterprises.So as to greatly improve the work efficiency and the service quality of the small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management departments,reduce the cost of human resources management,and reduce business operating costs and improve small and medium enterprises in the competition in the same industry competitiveness.In the thesis,the system design process is developed using the mainstream SSH framework,which are open source free resources,just to make up for the lack of operational funds and other small and medium enterprises,and other practical issues.And they have a rich background in the long-term design and development of document based and stable development of the background,more suitable for small and medium enterprises in the flexible human resources business management background.Human resource management system of small and medium sized enterprises based on SSH framework in detail analysis and design of human resource business process of small and medium sized enterprises.From the organizational structure management module,recruitment management module,personnel management module,salary management module,system management module etc.to combine the characteristics of each module of small and medium-sized enterprises of each module are analyzed and designed in detail.Multi condition query and update the password,but also realizes the statistics efficiently calculate the employee salary and bonuses and other functions,meet the specific needs of the human resources of small and medium-sized enterprises flexible business.
