Human Resource Management System For SaaS

Currently, more and more domestic enterprises have to meet high cost of software, hardware and maintenance when they want to use HRMS. SaaS (Software as a Service) give them the chance for cost saving based on change from discrete software-owned mode to centralized software-leased mode. But when SaaS Provider wants to use current HRMS, they find these systems designed for traditional mode can't support multi-enterprise in the system with multi-GUI, multi-logic and Multi-data structure and can't meet the requirement of SaaS. SaaS have been affected to be popularized in HRMS field.In this paper, HRMS for SaaS is treated as the research object. Based on the popular MVC Design Pattern, Author analyses software design for SaaS and establish the new Design Pattern for SaaS - MVCD Design Pattern. MVCD Design Pattern not only inherits model, view and controller from MVC, but also includes the new concept of data layer so that it is useful for software design for SaaS.The target of the study is to design and realize HRMS for SaaS. The research covers feature analysis of HRMS for SaaS, software design of HRMS based on MVCD, development of HRMS with multi-enterprise support.
