The coming of information age contributed to the extension of competition amongenterprises from tangible market to network, and also came the enterpriseinformationization management construction. From a global perspective, in theconstruction of enterprise informationization, human resource management is one of themost important parts and the successful application of human resources for theenterprise will bring considerable benefits. In this context, human resourcesmanagement system came into being.It can be said, the improvement of enterprise efficiency through the developmentand application of human resource management system for the enterprise to has beenfully recognized in the world and many large and medium-sized enterprises havealready started to develop and use human resources management system for theenterprise, and through the rational allocation of human resources of this system, thecollaborative work with other systems has been realized.System development needs analysis phase takes discussion method to obtain userneeds and determine system functional modules through communication with users andcorporate organizations, business processes. System development takes the browser/server (B/S) structure, using the J2EE lightweight SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate)development framework, using the currently popular "JDK1.6+Tomcat6.0+JBuild"development platform and SQL Server2005Database.By integrating with the reality of enterprises, this paper uses modern scientificmanagement approach and provides a human resources management system based onInternet/Intranet architecture, in which enterprise human resource management isdivided into eight functional module including personnel management, paymanagement, performance management, training management, rules management,application management, organization management and system management. At thispoint, the system will build a unified human resources data source in order to help thecorporate managers conduct human resources management and planning.
