System development takes the browser/server (B/S) structure, using the J2EE lightweight SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate)development framework, using the currently popular "JDK1.6+Tomcat6.0+JBuild"development platform and SQL Server2005Database.By integrating with the reality of enterprises, this paper uses modern scientificmanagement approach and provides a human resources management system based onInternet/Intranet architecture, in which enterprise human resource management isdivided into eight functional module including personnel management, paymanagement, performance management, training management, rules management,application management, organization management and system management. At thispoint, the system will build a unified human resources data source in order to help thecorporate managers conduct human resources management and planning.
