It has promoted the whole efficiency of manpower as to the government department and has very strong using value too.With the tax department network platform has improved steadily, network application software matures. But the performance appraisal of the tax revenue administrator has been stuck in artisan phase, there are not a set of complete software system. It still relies on the paper quality form to deal with, calculate by hand, Which cause the low efficiency and it is difficult to control the success. The purpose of this subject is application ASP technology, adopt B/S system, fully utilizes existing resources, bind the advanced network technology with actual conditions of the tax system, develop one and draw the software relevant information of the business through the network, utilize the examination rule of the performance to analyze the key data , form the performance appraisal systems of a series of result examination materials, further improve working efficiency, give full play to the result of performance appraisal.This topic has analyzed the content and current situation of performance appraisal of the tax revenue administrator at first, then according to my unit actual conditions, have analyzed the implementing scheme of the project, recommend performance appraisal systematic frame, make up, and systematic function. The article describe three main module of the performance appraisal system which are framework module, right and security module, performance design .at last, this article summaries the project and presents the next working content in the future. |
