With the development of human resource management theory in recent years, more and more companies are beginning to realize the importance of human resources, especially for the software industry and other high-tech intensive industries, especially. Human resources gradually become a standard of measuring core competitiveness of enterprises. Although there are a lot of human resource management systems on the market, but most are around human resources modeling, without taking into account the complexity of the human resources. HR itself has the initiative, will take part in the various management activities of the society, the inevitable intersection with other management activities. For software companies, the software project development throughout the life cycle of human resources has always been involved, if the human resource management activities and project management activities separately, companies not only a waste of resources to carry out part of the human resource management, will lead to many problems encountered in the project management process. Slow progress of the project, the project will generate demand for human resource scheduling change, if the method of the line of communication, exchanges from changes in the time and effort to communicate to human resources to spend this time period is often unpredictable, so also potentially reducing the enterprise The core competitiveness. Therefore, based on the limitations of traditional human resource management model, this paper presents a refined human resource management model RHRMM project-oriented process management(Refined Human Resource Management Model), the definition of the concepts in the fine management model, the human resources as the underlying data maintenance, contact the convergence between human resources and project management work through the daily newspaper, and propose an improved resource conflict detection algorithm to solve the conflict detection algorithm less traditional resource conflict information, poor scalability characteristics, for enterprises to reduce management costs, improve product quality, enhance the core competitiveness provides powerful decision support.The main contribution of this paper are:(1) A refined human resource management model RHRMMThis article RHRMM formalized definition. RHRMM from the processing point of view mainly includes data import, data processing, data analysis and data show four levels.(2) proposed a resource conflict detection algorithm for RHRMMTraditional resource conflict detection algorithm only calculated the average utilization rate of resources within a certain period of time, the reaction of the resources in a certain period of use, but did not detect whether a conflict, there is no further information about the conflict. Therefore, this article maintain consistency through resource pooling resource metadata in order to establish a unified resource conflict detection mechanism, the package information resource conflicts, to better assist business management decisions.(3) Applied ResearchCombined with the development of Nansha, Guangzhou Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences applications i SERP project work carried out on the above considerations and performance analysis of the actual work.
