Document Data Management Based On Edition Differences

With the unceasing development of the application domain and the proficiency of the multimedia technology day after day, many disadvantages and insufficiencies of the relational database have been discovered. When much document information is saved in the relational database, it's very difficult for user to implement the control of edition of document, full-text search, optimized memory, and so on, moreover the processes of document management is very troublesome and its efficiency is rather lower.In order to speed the construction of enterprise informatization and help enterprise rapidly manage document data, a new kind of "Document Data Management Based on Edition Differences" is proposed. It is the new kind of document database with much applied and much effective, which is based on document database available and combines the realistic situation of the application of enterprise information.By analyzing the holistic analysis and design of the management system of document data, its integrated design model is presented and the method of implementation is brought forward. Some controls and inserters are provided in this system, which can be applied to the enterprise information system and help the application system, such as MIS, ERP, OA, and so on, to make well use of the document data management system. And the user need not know the internal structure and the detail of implementation.Finally by analyzing the efficiency of the document data management system and comparing with the common document management, the conclusion that the document data management system is superior to the common document management is drawn.
